Friday: Gratitude Circle (10:00-10:30 am or 11:00-11:30 am)

Read Aloud with a special guest reader:
Task 1
Make sure you have recorded a video reading sample and downloaded it into Iris. We did this at the beginning of the year. If you have forgotten how to download video on Iris, there are instructions in the technology folder in Google Classroom. The reading sample does not have to be long (3 minutes maximum length). Your teachers will remind you, again, during reading group times.
Make sure that your reading sample is not too long. It only has to be 3-5 minutes max. If it is longer you may have some difficulties downloading your video into Iris.
Task 2
Make sure your writing assignment for Writers’ Workshop is completed. You were challenged to write just the first attempt at your problem. This week we will be conducting Author’s Chair. This will be your opportunity to share your story with your classmates.
Task 3
Complete the story maps of Edward Tulane.
